Jeffrey S. Gomes, 35, passed unexpectedly at home on March 22nd. Born in Providence, he was the son of John Oliveira and Maria (Gomes) Marini.
He had a passion for cars, owning an automobile business. His outgoing personality, huge smile and big heart made it easy for those he met to become friends with him.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Mike Marini, three sisters, Alicia Marini, Stephanie Gamboa and Kelly Oliveira, a brother, Jonilson Oliveira, his girlfriend, Jorgia Douglas, grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Jeffrey will be greatly missed by all.
His funeral and visitation will be held Saturday, March 28th from 10:00am until 12:00pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial will be private in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. In accordance with the State of Rhode Island, no more than 10 individuals will be allowed to pay their respects at any given time.
